I do feel that they should have on their website that flowers are subject to availability as we live in Jersey. I did email the company. I went to see my daughter on Sunday . The flowers were delivered on the Thursday. The flowers were wilted and for the money I paid , they were not worth the money. So, unfortunately, I won’t be back. Fortunately my daughter liked the flowers so to that end, if she is happy so am I. But going forward not value for money and looked nothing like the photo on the website.

Good service. The florist phoned me because they coups not fill the order on the date that I selected on the website as it was the Easter weekend. I had a choice of changing the date with the closen florist or having the order sent to another florist fot the same price who was able to fill my order. I made an order intended as a gift for Mother's Day but wasn't paying attention and picked the complete wrong date. Simon got in touch with me within minutes checking that I had the right date, which I hadn't! Despite being fully booked on the right date he was able to squeeze this order in, and my mum received her flowers. Amazing service!

I have never used this florist before but would definitely use again and can highly recommend. They phoned before delivery to check the address then phoned after delivery to confirm my daughter had received them as due to COVID restrictions the flowers were left outside the door in a safe place. The flowers were beautiful according to my daughter who was delighted. Excellent service.

I have ordered flowers three times and found it easy to order and pay on line. Although I haven’t seen the actual flowers, I have been told that they were beautiful. I will definitely use them in the future. They also advise that if the flowers you order on line are not exactly what you ordered they will do their best to deliver as near as possible to the order. It was the first time I had used this service, the flowers were delivered nice and early on the day for my friend???s birthday. She was absolutely delighted, and so was I when she showed them me on FaceTime. Five stars for this florist and service.
